Company Overview

            Over 11 years ago, Denco, Inc. began as a construction and welding shop in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Today Denco is a full service facility management and specialty construction company providing our multi-discipline expertise to federal, state, and city customers throughout southern New Mexico. As an SBA certified 8(a), small disadvantaged, and women owned small business, Denco has been privileged to work with customers such as the Navy, Air Force, Army, NASA, Northrop Grumman, Toltest, Inc., New Mexico State University, and MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory.

            In addition to our headquarters and warehouse facility in Las Cruces, the Company also maintains a 5 acre fabrication and welding facility and a material and equipment facility located at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Denco owns all of their own construction equipment, all of which is serviced and repaired using our internal Preventative Maintenance Program by Denco mechanics.

            Denco’s staff consists of 39 team members including project and facilities managers, fleet and equipment maintenance personnel, construction crews with expertise in turnkey projects, remodeling, specialty fabrication, facility maintenance, target construction, and mission support including Meteorologist, ordinance and explosive training and certified welding. Office personnel include experienced procurement specialists, contract specialist, accountant, risk assessment personnel, estimator, and a Professional Engineer (Civil/Structural/Mechanical) to provide construction support, load design, and deep excavation support.
